| Technology description including background system | The products considered are ASTM cement types (C150 and C595), produced at the Xuan Thanh Cement Plant in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. Production is based on modern FLSmidth rotary kiln technology, with three kilns (two at 12,500 t/day and one at 2,500 t/day), using anthracite coal as the main fuel and supported by a 43.6 MW waste heat recovery system. Locally sourced limestone, clay, gypsum, and additives such as slag and basalt are used as raw materials, with clinker produced on-site. Cement grinding is performed in ball mills and vertical roller mills, followed by storage in silos and dispatch in bags or bulk.
